RAWALPINDI: Additional District and Sessions judge Nadia Ikram Malik has accepted bail before arrest plea of 20 persons including Seemabia Tahir PTI candidate for National Assembly seat from NA-57. The court has ordered to file surety bonds worth Rs 25000 per head and one surety. The petitioners had said in their petition seeking bail before arrest that baseless case has been registered against them on the basis of political victimization. While no among the petitioners was involved in negative activity. The court accepted the bail of all the petitioners after preliminary hearing. City police had registered case on April 4 under Punjab Sound System Regulation Act 2015 and 16 MPO and section 149, 147, 186,341 of CRPC.
