ISLAMABAD: Election Commission (EC) has reserved the judgment in PTI former chairman Imran Khan disqualification case.The case seeking removal of Imran Khan as party head came up for hearing in EC Tuesday.A five members bench of Election Commission (EC) presided over by Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) took up the case for hearing Tuesday.Shoaib Shaheen counsel for PTI former chairman appeared before the EC. The petitioner Khalid Mehmood too appeared before EC.Shoaib Shaheen argued we have filed record of intra party election in EC. Now case should be ended. The matter stands abolished legally because new chairman of party has come.Shoaib Shaheen said if you want to run this run it with Akbar S Babar petition.The CEC remarked you are providing opportunity to Khalid Mehmood to file petition against new chairman.Khalid Mehmood said " give in writing the order that Imran Khan is convicted and he cannot hold any slot in the party.The CEC remarked Founder chairman PTI has not contested election th erefore, we cannot say any thing.Later the EC reserved judgment in disqualification case of Imran Khan.
