RAWALPINDI: Petition on matter of again arresting the accused of May 9 incident after their release by Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) came up for hearing in Lahore High Court (LHC) Rawalpindi bench.Justice Abdul Aziz of LHC Rawalpindi bench heard the petition filed by PTI leader Seemabia Tahir Friday.Malik Faisal counsel for the petitioner while Additional Advocate General (AAG) Punjab Abdul Razzaq appeared in the court.RPO Rawalpindi and DC Rawalpindi also appeared in the court.The petitioner told the court that 8 accused who were released under court's order have again been sent to Adiala jail under 3-MPO.AAG Punjab told the court that orders for detention have been withdrawn.The petitioner requested to withdraw the petition.The court while accepting this plea wrapped up the petition.
