LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) while hearing the prosecution petition against not giving physical remand of former Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi and Muhammad Khan Bhatti in alleged corruption case has issued notice to the respondents.The court has summoned reply from the respondents on next hearing.Justice Shehram Sarwar Chaudhry of LHC heard the government petition.Prosecution had resorted to high court against not granting the physical remand of Pervaiz Elahi and Muhammad Khan Bhatti.The petitioner had taken the plea Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi and Muhammad Khan Bhatti were presented before judicial magistrate who refused to give remand of both the accused,The petitioner requested the court to nullify judicial magistrate decision for not giving physical remand.The court adjourned the hearing of the case till December 04.
