ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) has issued circular for general public information on the matter of appeal after decision of Supreme Court Practice and Procedure act.

According to circular issued by Additional registrar appeal against article 184-3 of supreme court can be filed as intra court appeal.

The lawyers and clients are urged to file appeal as intra court appeal. Act 5 of Supreme court practice and procedure act gives right to appeal against decisions under article 184-3.
