ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) has dismissed the petition of contract employees of Fisheries Live Stock seeking regularization of their service.Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail has remarked the employees were employed for a specific project. Their jobs have been abolished due to abolition of project.He gave these remarks during the course of hearing the petition Thursday.The case regarding regularization of contract employees in Fisheries Live stock came up for hearing before SC Thursday.The counsel said Sindh government had passed the law for regularization of contract employees.Additional Advocate General (AAG) said the law under which they are demanding regularization has been declared null and void.Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail remarked the employees were appointed for a specific project. The project has ended therefore, the appointments also stand abolished.The court rejected the plea after hearing the arguments of the respondents,
