ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has given time to counsel for PTI chairman Imran Khan to file the written reply on the petition seeking Imran Khan disqualification for concealing his alleged daughter Tyrian Jade White.

The case came up for hearing before a single bench of IHC led by Chief Justice (CJ) Aamer Farooq here Tuesday.

Suleman Akram Raja advocate, Suleman Abouzar Niazi and Azhar Siddique advocate appeared in the court on behalf of Imran Khan.

The CJ IHC inquired during the hearing of the case if any lawyer of Lahore has not been left behind.

The lawyers of Imran Khan sought time to file reply.

The court remarked the attorney power of lawyer of Imran Khan has come and we are giving time to him to file reply.

The counsel for Election Commission also appeared and told the court this matter has come before us several times earlier and the applications were rejected.

The counsels for Imran Khan told the court Tyrian matter has already been decided.

The court remarked you should file your reply about it.

The court gave time to counsel for Imran Khan to submit written reply.

The hearing of disqualification case was adjourned till January 19.
