KARACHI: Police have arrested two personnel of Counter Terrorism Department ( CTD) for kidnapping citizen for ransom.
Sub Inspector Abdul Rehman of CTD and Amjid, SIU constable kidnapped one citizen FROM Liyari Cheel Chowk. These two police personnel threatened the citizen at Super High Way and snatched Rs 25 lac form him. They left the citizen therein.
On information from the citizen, the police authorities directed SHO Kala kot to register the case and arrest the accused.
Police arrested sub inspector Abdul Rehman and constable Amjid after registering case against them in police station Kala kot.
