MUZAFFARABAD: The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly (AJKLA) in its resolution has termed abrogation of Article 370 and 35-A by Indian government as dirty conspiracy against the state subjects and their democratic rights.

The resolution was tabled by Prime Minister Azad Jammu and Kashmir Raja Muhammad Farooq Haider Khan in session in Muzaffarabad on Thursday.

The resolution says under these articles non-state subjects were not allowed to get government jobs as well as purchase property in the held valley.

It said Indian government also declared Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh as Indian Union Territories which is a sheer violation of UNSC resolutions.

The House demanded immediate withdrawal of the illegal occupant forces and enhancement of military observers at ceasefire line so that Indian aggression along LoC could be checked effectively.

The House also lauded all political forces and civil society of Pakistan for expressing their complete solidarity with the people of Occupied Kashmir.
