London: MQM chief Altaf Hussain on Friday put forth 14 questions to the Chief of Army Staff Gen Raheel Sharif.

In a statement, MQM chief said that Allah has bestowed upon Gen Sharif the highest and most powerful position in the country.

He asked why only MQM workers are being targeted by the Rangers and that 41 MQM workers are still missing since the start of Rangers operation in Karachi.

Hussain asked why his brother and nephew were killed and why MQM workers were being mistreated and manhandled.

Among other key questions, MQM chief also asked whether the army and other law enforcing agencies would react if MQM stages a sit-in in Red Zone of Islamabad in a week’s time.

He also asked the army chief why MQM was being victimized on ethnic basis.

He requested army chief to respond to his questions.
