APCA to hold sit-in protest today

Rawalpindi: All Pakistan Clerks Association (APCA) will hold a protest sit-in in front of parliament house today Thursday as all the arrangement in this respect have finalized. Through this sit-in protest they pressed the government to fulfill their genuine demands.

According to detail, the APCA Central Deputy General Secretary Sardar Hanif conducted visit of different departments.

During his visit the president and general secretaries of all departments have assured him that all the clerks of Twin-cites Rawalpindi and Islamabad would play an important role in this protest sit-in.

They stated that large number of clerks have fully committed to hold protest sit-in on the directions of District leadership.

They stated that Prime Minister Imran Khan led PTI government should take this matter seriously and immediately act upon on the lawful demands of APCA. They demanded that government to increase the pays of government servants and ensure group insurance and welfare funds on the retirement.
