Ban imposed on private use of government educational institutions

Islamabad: Ban has been imposed on private use and holding examination during session in government educational institutions operating under Federal Directorate of Education (FDE).

According to media reports, from now onward, no private institute would be allowed to use any government schools for private purpose.

However, only some government institutions like Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC), Federal board, and Higher Education Commission (HEC), and some private institutions including Open Testing Service (OTS), National Testing Service (NTS) and Pakistan Testing Service (PTS) will be allowed to use government run educational institutions for examination purpose with the permission of DG.

On the other hand, formal notification of these orders has been issued to heads of all institutions.

Under these rules, Rupees 100 per student will be received if government institutions use these schools for holding examination therein. .

Director Schools Saqib Shahab’ has said that new policies are being introduced under FDE that will be implemented step by step.
