Doctors suggested Nawaz Sharif’s treatment in US: Marriyum Aurangzeb

LONDON: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Spokesperson Marriyum Aurangzeb on Monday said that doctors have suggested former prime minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif’s treatment in the United States (US).

In her talk to the media Marriyum Aurangzeb censured political opponents, saying that ‘mentally-ill people are running politics over Nawaz Sharif’s health so far.’ She said the government should make arrangements to provide five million houses and 10 million jobs for the nationals.

The PML-N spokesperson detailed that an artery of Nawaz Sharif which supplies blood to the brain was blocked and doctors have advised him to receive medical treatment in the US. She added that doctors said the medical complications could give severe results to Nawaz Sharif.

Doctors have recommended Nawaz Sharif to refer to the medical experts in the US as 88 per cent passage of an artery supplying blood to his brain has been blocked, Marriyum Aurangzeb said.

She stated that medical complications pertaining to Nawaz Sharif’s health could be serious, and so instead of taking any risk, the doctors have recommended contacting medical experts in the US. She further told that doctors might use electromagnetic radiation to examine internal organs of the ailing party supremo.

Ms Aurangzeb said beside the performance of the incompetent government, its mental state has also been reduced. “Mentally paralysed [persons] are doing politics over Nawaz Sharif’s health,” she said.
