FIA includes terror act articles in Video Scandal case

Islamabad: In a latest development in Judge Arshad Malik Video Scandal case, ironically Counter Terrorism Wing of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has included terrorism act articles in the case.

Legal experts stunned to note this news development which also opened a new Pandora box before the court, now it’s a big question that whether FIA can defend this act or not.

On the other hand, the central accused character of Video Scandal case, Nasir Jatt has showed his reservations in a letter written to DG FIA regarding the trial of the case, he levelled different serious allegations against the investigation team.

The case from the beginning has seen different ups and downs, but in an interesting development FIA got the release orders of Nasir Janjua, Mehr Ghulam Jillani and Khurram Shahzad Yousuf and freed them.

And in the report submitted to court FIA stated that we have no proofs against them and we have found these persons innocent.

While FIA has started inquiry against the investigation team who prepared these release orders, and sent back the services of Director Cyber Crime, Afzal Mehmood Butt to establishment.
