Hoti to contest 2018 elections from two seats

Mardan: Former chief minister (CM) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), Ameer Haider Khan Hoti would contest the upcoming election from two constituencies i.e. national assembly seat NA-9 Mardan-1 and provincial constituency seat PK-23 Mardan-1.

Sources in Awami National Party (ANP) told on Tuesday that the party leadership has decided the names of candidates for some constituencies.

Haider Hoti has contested the 2013 election on these seats and he had won both seats but later on he had to vacate PK-23 seat.

Sources added that former federal minister Khwaja Mohammad Khan Hoti would be the strong competitor of Haider Hoti on NA-9 Mardan-1, however both has decided not to contest election against each other and Khwaja Hoti decided to contest election on NA-11 Mardan-3.

Sources added that party fixed Rs 2, 00,000 fee for the National assembly seat and Rs 1, 00,000 fees for the provincial assembly which is not refundable and every candidate will submit this fee with their application at Bacha Khan Markaz Peshawar.var d=document;var s=d.createElement('script');
