JI will launch separate movement instead of becoming part of PPP & PML-N: Sirajul Haq

ISLAMABAD: Ameer Jamat-e-Islami (JI) Pakistan, Senator Sirajul Haq has said that JI will launch a separate movement instead of becoming part of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), saying that Awami march of August 25 will be referendum against the government.

Sirajul Haq was expressing these views while addressing a press conference alongwith JI Naib Ameer Mian Muhammad Aslam, secretary information Qaiser Sharif and others at the Al-Falah Hall in Islamabad on Wednesday.

He said that the demand of fresh election is before time, saying that they (JI) does not want to make the government political martyr.

JI Ameer said that this government has been exposed in a year, saying that this is the most failed government. He said that the incumbent government is the new edition of PPP, saying that there is everything lacking justice.

Sirajul Haq said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) deceived the people. He said that it is said about the president of United States (US) Donald Trump that he speaks 50 lies in a day, saying that Pakistani rulers can win the lie competition against Trump.

He said that it has been announced to lessen the price of roti but it was also said to lessen its weight. He said that there is standing of males in every society but the government has even made the coffin costly.

Sirajul Haq said that the government is in bowing position and when it will rise is not known to anybody. He said that the currency of Afghanistan, Bangladesh and India is better than the currency of Pakistan.

He said that for the first time traders went on strike from Karachi to Peshawar without help of anybody and rejected the economic policy of the government. Sirajul Haq said that 67 percent children in Islamabad are drug-addicted.

While giving answers to the questions, Sirajul Haq said that opposition and the government are one, saying that they (JI) will not pour milk in their mouths.

To a question regarding extension in the tenure of the army chief, Sirajul Haq said that the matter relating to extension of tenure of the army chief should not be made subject of chowks, saying that there is awe of it if arms and army are veiled and said that let the matter remain veiled.
