Judge video scandal: court set free three accused

Islamabad: The judicial magistrate has acquitted all three accused namely , Nasir Jajjua, Ghulam Gillani, and Khurram Yousaf in judge video scandal case on not proving guilty.

Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has declared Nasir Janjua, Khurrum Yousaf and Ghulam Gillani clear in judge video Scandal. FIA in the investigation report has discharged all three suspects. According to FIA report no evidences have been found against all three arrested suspects therefore if court wants it can free all three suspects.

Earlier Judge Shaista Khan Kundi had recused herself from hearing Judge video scandal case.Judge Shaista Khan Kundi has remarked that she cannot hear the case due to personal reasons. Upon it Counsel prayed that you should hear the case. Judge further remarked, “I have said that I cannot hear the case and I am sending this case to another judge”.

In July, PML-N vice President and former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif daughter Maryam Nawaz had released AN alleged video of Accountability Judge Muhammad Arshad during a press conference.

Arshad Malik was the judge who gave judgments’ against Nawaz Sharif in Hill Metal and Flagship references.

Maryam Nawaz had said that Judge Arshad Malik was pressurized for sending Nawaz Shairf in jail in panama case.

In response Judge Arshad Malik had issued a press release at which he denied all the allegations leveled against him by Maryam Nawaz.
