Mega projects launched in Lahore: CM

Lahore: Punjab’s Chief Minister Usman Buzdar on Monday said that PTI’s provincial government had launched for construction and development in province’s capital Lahore.

According to details, a delegation of Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) called on CM Punjab Monday.

Issues faced by business community and industrialists were discussed during the meeting.

Punjab CM said that PTI government was a business friendly government and was always willing to solve business community’s problems.

CM Usman Bozdar said Issuance of NOC for setting up new factories has been facilitated, adding that the inspectors less regimes providing more facilities to the industrialists.

He was of the view that a special technology zone will also be set up in Lahore and new small industrial estates to be developed in Punjab. He assured that the water rates for industries in Lahore to be reviewed.

President of LCCI Mian Nauman Kabir said that the present government has taken exemplary steps to create a conducive business environment. Industrialists and traders appreciate the government’s business-friendly policy.
