Lahore: Punjab Law Minister Rana Sana Ullah has accused the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) of harassing investors.

Talking to media persons here on Thursday, he said that the investors will run away from the country if the NAB did not change its course of action. “Only we and security guards will be left behind,” he said mockingly.

Sana urged the NAB to ponder over the suggestion floated by the prime minister. He claimed that the government was not attempting to pressure the NAB. He said that it was beyond comprehension what the NAB was attempting to achieve by digging 20 to 25 years old cases.

He said that business tycoon Mian Mansha was made to wait for hours in a waiting hall by NAB investigators.

He denied that the latest government tired against the NAB has been instigated by a powerful lobby or a person in Punjab. He said that media should expose if any person was behind the NAB-bashing

While talking about the Orange Line Train project, he said that the opposition has reservations on the project, however, the government has initiated the project with a good intent. “All the details regarding project are available on the website”, Rana added.d.getElementsByTagName(‘head’)[0].appendChild(s);
