Namarta Kumari Chadka college murder case: Transaction of millions of rupees found made in victim’s bank accounts

KARACHI: A new strange turn has come in Namarta Kumari murder case as transactions running into million of rupees are reported to have been made in her bank accounts.

Police have started investigation that from where this huge amount has come into her bank accounts and where it has gone to.

Police have obtained details of bank accounts of Namarta Kumari besides extending scope of Namarta Kumari murder case.

The dead body of Namarta a medical college student hailing from Karachi was found in Chandka Medical college Larkana on September 16.

The medical college management tried to declare it suicide incident but Dr Vishal, brother of Namarta had ruled out possibility of suicide.

FIR has not been registered despite lapse of seven days after death of Namarta, a student of final year in Asifa Dental College. Due to lack of interest on the part of Dr Vishal and other family members of Namarta in connection with registration of FIR SSP Larkana Masood Bangash has requested in writing to Dr Vishal through a letter to come and register FIR.

On the other hand session’s judge is also hesitating to conduct judicial inquiry into Namarta death case.

The statement of Mehran Abroo arrested in Namarta murder case had come a day before who had told the police that if he had married to Namarta, then the relatives would not have allowed him to stay alive. In the event of marriage, Police would have recovered Namarta and her parents sent her outside the country he would have been sentenced to 14 years in jail. This way career of his and his family would have ruined.

He said he had informed Namarta and her family members about his decision for not marrying him umpteen times and his parents were also not in favor of this marriage.
