ISLAMABAD: Leader of the house in Senate Dr. Wasim Shehzad during a meeting with German Ambassador Bernhard Stephen Schleck said that Pakistan values its bilateral relations with Germany.

During the meeting on Wednesday, important issues were also discussed including enhancement of bilateral economic and parliamentary ties between the two countries.

Wasim Shehzad said that there was a need to further enhance parliamentary cooperation between the two countries. We want enhancement of economic cooperation.

Senate’s leader of the house said that trade relations between Pakistan and Germany need to be further strengthened as there are ample opportunities for trade cooperation.

German ambassador said that Pakistan is an important country and Germany wants to further enhance bilateral trade and parliamentary relations.
