Lahore: Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar on Friday said the incumbent government has fulfilled every promise that it had made.

The CM Buzdar was talking to MNAs Rana Qasim Noon, Mian Shafique Arain, Tahir Iqbal, Farooq-e-Azam, Abdul Ghafoor Watto, and MPA Samiullah Chaudhry who called on him and discussed matters of mutual interests.

Talking on the occasion, the CM said every promise has been fulfilled by the incumbent government. After Multan, the foundation stone of the south Punjab secretariat building will also be laid in Bahawalpur soon, he added.

A development package has been devised for Bahawalpur and I will visit it shortly, he continued and regretted the past rulers befooled the people of south Punjab with hollow slogans.

The resources meant for the development of south Punjab were spent on other districts, he regretted and vowed that no one will be able to make a dacoity on the resources of south Punjab in future.

The Chief Minister maintained that the commitment and direction of government are right adding that governance modal has been transformed for better service delivery. I do not believe in the dogma of one-man show, as the past government, and decisions are made with consultations while taking everybody along, he stressed.

Meanwhile, the defeated elements are engrossed in hatching conspiracies, from the day first, but their every design has been frustrated vis-a-vis the politics of public service, maintained Usman Buzdar.

Those involved in the politics of allegations have no future and the propagandists should also understand that people cannot be served with false claims, he asserted. The era of real change has begun and development schemes are designed according to public needs and parliamentarians are also consulted, concluded the CM.
