SRINAGAR: Senior Hurriyat Leader and Muslim Conference Jammu Kashmir (MCJK) Chairman Manzoor Ahmed Ghazi paid tributes to slain militants of Srinagar, who were martyred in an encounter with Indian forces on Saturday.

The martyred militants are identified as Bilal Ahmed Sofi of Natipora and Irfan Ahmad Sofi resident of Natipora Srinagar.

Manzoor Ahmad Ghazi while paying tributes said, “Precious blood of our youth will not go waste and their mission will be accomplished at all costs.”

He expressed solidarity with the family of the deceased and appealed to the international community to look into the growing human rights violations in the ‘occupied’ territory. Ghazi urged India to stop the ‘bloodshed’and solve Kashmir dispute once for all through tripartite talks. He said that the Kashmiri people were peace-loving who were demanding their birth right to self-determination.

Manzoor Ahmad Ghazi said that the Kashmiri youth were sacrificing their precious lives for a sacred cause which would definitely bring positive results and the Kashmiris would see the dawn of freedom soon but the tragedy is that currently our pro-freedom leadership in occupied Kashmir is silent in spite of this extreme bloodshed and genocide of Kashmiri’s, so we humbly appeal our Pakistani leadership to guide us on this critical period of time so that people of Jammu and Kashmir may not disappointed rather the Zeal and enthusiasm of freedom movement may further get stimulation and flourish.
