Registrar Supreme Court to retire on Monday

ISLAMABAD: Dr. Faqir Hussain, Registrar, Supreme Court of Pakistan has said the apex court officers are committed in discharge of their duties and they always take pain to accomplish the task entrusted to them.

Addressing the officers of Supreme Court in a ceremony arranged by officers on eve of his retirement which is Monday, he said the workers work beyond the normal duty hours to assist the Judges in discharge of their duties. They are back bone of Court administration. Although, frequent trainings are not imparted to them yet they are fully professional and always remained ready to perform their duties” he said.

Further, extending thanks to Chief Justices, Judges and staff of Supreme Court, he said that he is much thankful to Chief Justices for their support extended to him in carrying out his duties and guidance given by Judges and the cooperation extended by the officers and staff of Supreme Court in discharge of his duties as Registrar of the Apex Court.

He further added that when he joined this prestigious institution as Registrar, Supreme Court, it was his vision that performance of staff should be super and role model for others to follow like Supreme Court. Today, he is proud that the staff of the institution is performing whole heartedly, with full dedication and commitment that is why no case of corruption was ever reported in his tenure as Registrar Supreme Court.
