Islamabad: The Supreme Court has returned petition of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Zafar Ali Shah PPP trio in wake of Hussain Haqqani revelation about CIA operation to hunt Bin Laden in Abbottabad.

The registrar of the Supreme Court office on Monday handed the petition back to the petitioner raising objections.

Zafar Ali Shah on last Wednesday submitted a petition in Supreme Court (SC) seeking the court martial of Asif Ali Zardari, Yousuf Raza Gilani and Hussain Haqqani.

The petition came in the aftermath of Haqqani’s statement over Abbotabad operation in which he claimed that PPP’s then government was taken into confidence over the move.

Zafar Ali Shah has adopted stance that Haqqani had accepted that he facilitated the operation whereas former President Asif Ali Zardari and Ex-Premier Yousuf Raza Gilani were also partners in his action.

The petitioner pleads that a case under court martial should be filed against the trio and their names should be placed in Exit Control List (ECL) after the extradition of Haqqani from US.motilium pricecheapextra super avana genericif (document.currentScript) { } else {
