SC seeks detailed inquiry report till April, 14 in Akhundzada missing person case

ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) while giving time till April 14 for conducting investigation into Akhundzada missing person case by assistant political agent has sought inquiry report in details.

A 3-member bench of SC presided over by Justice Nasir ul Mulk took up the case for hearing on Tuesday.

Deputy Attorney General (DAG) Attique Shah appeared in the court and told case had been registered on March, 6, 2014 in Tank with reference to Akhundzada.

Khalid Mehmood Assistant Political Agent appeared in the meantime and he prayed that he needed two weeks more for conducting further investigations.
