Shame on Quetta police becomes Twitter top trend Saturday

Quetta: Police arrested dozens of students protesting against alleged irregularities committed by the Pakistan Medical Council in the online entry test for admission in Bolan Medical College.

According to sources, the public raised their voices against the irregularities but police took action against them and arrested a large number of students.

People from different walks of life on Saturday took twitter to express their anger against the Quetta police, and “Shame on Quetta police” becomes Twitter top trend Saturday in Pakistan.

Amna Gul tweeted “Still they don’t know the power of youth (Students). Shame on Quetta police, this is act of humanity violence shelling; firing on them in peaceful protests is illegal. Curse on those who are involved in it or still silent.”

Harris Kashif said a history written by blood cannot be erased by lies. He said while sharing pictures of injured students on Twitter.

Hafiz Abbas tweeted “Stay calm and trust in God. He will do better for us.”

Abdul Rehman Baloch said police sticks were charged and tears on them and the tears were buried on the basis of the governor of house.

He said some students were injured and some were interested and this state does not want the people of Balochistan to get education.

One of twitter user Rai Hasnain Ahmad shared pictures of arrested students and he mention Imran Khan in his tweet.

He tweeted “These faces will meet you in 2023 elections Imran Khan! Ulti ginti shuru krdo ab!”

Meanwhile, the people called the police’s actions shameful and raised their voices in favor of the students.
