Islamabad: Islamabad High Court’s Justice Babar Sattar on Monday heard the case regarding implementation of National Bank’s policy.

Petitioner Tariq Badar appeared before the court along with his lawyer GM Chaudhary.

Federal government, Secretary Finance, Chairman National Bank and President National Bank have been summoned as party in this case.

GM Chaudhary while giving arguments before the court said that National Bank’s policy has not been implemented.

Justice Babar Sattar asked who the petitioner is in this case.

The Court was told by lawyer GM Chaudhary that petitioner wrote letters to National Bank after his retirement but bank’s policy has not been implemented in this case.

The court after hearing arguments directed National Bank to pay all dues with in next 30 days.
