ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has taken notice of preparation of its fake orders by the alleged land mafia of Karachi.

The court while ordering the registrar high court to hold inquiry has summoned detailed report from NAB.

The court has inquired was the copy of fake order presented to NAB. Who presented it and who is beneficiary.

As per NAB report iqbal Ahmad who has prepared fake decision of high court is notorious land mafia of Karachi. Court wrapped up the petition in March and fake decision was prepared in the month of August.

One Moosa Haji who migrated from India to Pakistan got the land allotted illegally. Over 18 acres land was allotted to Moosa Haji on 99 years lease. Sindh government cancelled the allotments in 2000. Moosa Haji died in 2001. Following his death land mafia Pervez Raees Siddiqui kept on making claim for the land on the basis of power of attorney. Now Iqbal Ahmad is claimant of the land on the basis of will of Pervez Raees Siddiqui.

Sindh High Court had rejected petition of land mafia Iqbal Ahmad. The fake order was allegedly presented by Iqbal Ahmad.
