Next AJK PM candidates interviewed by Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD : The Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan has interviewed the elected members of Azad Jammu Kashmir Legislative Assembly(MLAs) for next Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

Barristers Sultan, Khawaja Farooq, Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan and Azhar Sadiq had held separate meetings with the prime minister.

According to the Sources PM Imran Khan questioned the candidates about their vision for tourism, hydropower, minerals, health, education and development works. All four candidates shared their priorities for Azad Kashmir.

Talking to media, AJK president Barrister Sultan Mahmood said that there was no number game and everyone is united, adding that PM Imran Khan has the right to make decisions.

On the other hand, Sardar Tanveer Illyas Khan said that consultation underway in the party on special seats, adding that decision for Speaker, Deputy Speaker and other posts is yet to be made. He said they will fulfil the responsibilities given to him by the party chairman.

Meanwhile, Khawaja Farooq said that consultation with the party chairman was held various issues and special seats. He said that there is needs to work on tourism and other sectors in AJK. Khawaja Farooq also expressed hope that Prime Minister Imran Khan will address the Legislative Assembly on August 05.
