Under Muwakhat Program of Alkhidmat Foundation interest free loans provided to 77 deserving & hardworking persons

LAHORE: Under the Muwakhat Program of Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan interest free loans were provided to 77 deserving and hardworking persons to broaden the existing business or start new small business.

The ceremony was held at the Alkhidmat Lahore Office. National Director Alkhidmat Muwakhat Mian Babar Hameed, Anwar Qadri from Jeddah Alkhidmat (KSA), President Alkhidmat Foundation Lahore Engineer Hammad Rashid, Executive Director Mughees Shahid Qureshi and other responsible were also present on the occasion.

On the occasion cheques of interest free loans were distributed among 77 deserving persons.

While addressing the ceremony Mian Babar Hameed said that under the Muwakhat program of Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan interest free loans according to Islamic banking are being provided to the deserving people so that they instead of seeking money from others should ensure better economic conditions for themselves. He said that under the Muwakhat Program of Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan during the last year over Rs 39 million interest free loans were provided to the 1, 100 people.

Mian Babar Hameed said that so far over Rs 210 million have been distributed among the 8, 400 people in form of interest free loan. He said that besides this under Alkhidmat mother and childcare program the loans under Muwakhat Program are also provided to the widows so that they could become self reliant economically.

The other speakers while addressing the ceremony appreciated the ongoing services of Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan for the suffering humanity.
