KARACHI Justice Aqeel Ahmad Abbasi has taken the oath of acting Chief Justice Sindh High Court.After the appointment of Justice Irfan Saadat to the Supreme Court, Justice Aqeel Ahmed was nominated as the Acting Chief.Senior Judge Justice Nadeem Akhtar took the oath of office from the Chief Justice in a simple and dignified ceremony held in the Judges Committee Room of the Sindh High Court.A large number of judges, officials of lawyers' organizations and lawyers participated in the event.Justice Aqeel Abbasi will be the second consecutive Acting Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court.
