RAWALPINDI Superintendent Adiala jail has regretted to arrange conversation of Imran Khan on whatsapp with his sons. The contempt of court petition against Superintendent Adiala jail for not arranging whatsapp conversation of Imran Khan with his sons despite court's order came up for hearing before official secret court Wednesday. Superintendent Adiala jail while filing reply in the court regretted to arrange whatsapp conversation of Imran Khan with his sons. Superintendent said in his reply chairman PTI talks with his sons was arranged on October 18 through special measures. However no facility for talks on whatsapp is available. The court can direct home department Punjab to amend rules in this regard. It has been said in the reply facility is provided to prisoners for talking to their family members and lawyers through Jail PCO. A letter was issued by IG Punjab jail that the facility of PCO is not available to accused persons under official secret act. The superintendent Adiala jail request ed the court he cannot even think of disobeying court. Contempt of court petition be dismissed against him. The hearing of the case was adjourned till Monday being Judge Abul Hasnat on leave.
