Alkhidmat Foundation organizes an elegant ceremony in honour of street children who secured prominent position in Norway Cup

LAHORE: Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan organized an elegant ceremony at Alkhidmat Complex Lahore in honour of the street children who secured prominent position in Norway Cup. The purpose of the program was to encourage these street children so that they could take part in this kind of activities more vigorously. Prior to this the Alkhidmat Europe had organized an elegant ceremony in Norway in honour of these street children, which was attended by a large number of Muslim Community.

Vice President Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan Muhammad Abdul Shakoor, Managing Director of Alkhidmat Global Shahid Iqbal, Country Director Muslim Hand Pakistan Syed Zia Noor, Pakistan Street Children Team, teachers and students of Alkhidmat Child Protection Centers and people belonging to different walks of life attended the ceremony.

While addressing on the occasion Muhammad Abdul Shakoor said that Alkhidmat Foundation is providing opportunities to move forward in life to this kind of street children. He said that uncountable skilled people are present in country but only thing is to appreciate them and provide them the platform.

Syed Waqas Jafri said that if proper opportunities are provided to these children then these children could brighten the name of the country, adding that if we will appreciate the successes of our start then the country will continue to brighten in future also.

Syed Anwar Raza thanked Alkhidamt Foundation and said that Pakistan’s football was not considered good, adding that we went for proving ourselves. He said that with the blessings of Almighty Allah our street children secured second position while defeating 2350 teams and over 50 countries. Rs 2 million cheque was presented by Alkhidmat Foundation for the encouragement of these street children at the end of the ceremony.
