Anti-corruption dept issues last notice to Farrukh Habib, Nasraullah Ghumman
Lahore: Anti-corruption department has issued the last notice of summoning by Faisalabad region in the corruption case against Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Farrukh Habib and Nasraullah Ghumman. Even today he did not appear before the investigating officer. Farrukh Habib is accused of accepting huge bribes for contracts in various projects in Parks and Horticulture Faisalabad. A huge bribe was also received in the road contract and the construction of the road could not be completed yet.
Spokesperson of Punjab Anti-Corruption Department said that 3 inquiries are ongoing in Faisalabad region against Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Farrukh Habib and Nasraullah Ghumman. Among them, huge bribes have been received for contracts in various projects of Parks and Party Culture Faisalabad, petrol pumps on government land and bribes in the contract of 7.5 km carpet road from Faisalabad Satyana Road fish farm to
Khanwala Chowk. The spokesperson said that disciplinary action will be taken against these two former MNAs Nasrullah Ghumman and Farrukh Habib.
