ISLAMABAD:Lower court decision on upholding his arrest warrants in Toshakhana reference has been challenged by Imran Khan in Islamabad High Court (IHC).

Khawaja Haris counsel for Imran Khan took the plea in the petition that undertaking be accepted and police be restrained from arresting Imran Khan. The petition should be heard today.

The registrar office of IHC has raised objection over Imran Khan petition that Imran Khan did not conduct the biometric to submit the petition and how can court hear the matter again regarding which it has already given decision.

How can blanket order be issued on any petition.
