LAHORE: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has rejected police plea for granting physical remand in respect of Rabia Sultan wife of former governor Punjab Umar Sarfaraz Cheema in Jinnah House riots and vandalism case.
The court has sent her again to jail on judicial remand.
The case came up for hearing before ATC Lahore.
Police presented Rabia Sultan wife of former governor Punjab Umar Sarfaraz Cheema and requested the court to grant her physical remand.
The court again sent her to jail on judicial remand.
It is pertinent to mention here that the court on June 23, 2023 had sent Rabia Sultan, wife of former governor Punjab to jail on four days physical remand for identification parade.
The court on previous hearing had ordered to complete the identification parade till June 27.
