RAWALPINDI: Civil judge judicial magistrate Muhammad Mumtaz Hinjara has dismissed the bail before arrest plea of the women arrested in the case of engaging in altercation with the motorway police, hitting an official and speeding her car.Shah Khawar and Babar Hayat counsels for the woman, Farah Zohratook the plea in the petition that the petitioner is entitled to relief being woman while section 324 related to attempt of murder cannot be applied to her in any way.Additional Public prosecutor while opposing the bail plea said the accused attempted to kill a police officer during his duty time , therefore, she does not deserve for any concession. Therefore, this plea be dismissed.The court maintained after hearing the arguments of both side as the woman has been found at fault during the investigation and she committed flagrant violation of law by hampering police in discharge of their duty . Prime Facetiae it is evident that bid to run over a police official is not accidental event but it was done de liberately.While this material is enough against the woman as per record presented in the court. Therefore, petition for bail before arrest is dismissed.
