CCP Takes record number of enforcement actions during last 2 years: conclude 37 enquiries, initiate 38 new ones

Islamabad: A team of the Competition Commission of Pakistan visited the Korangi Association of Trade & Industry (KATI) for an advocacy session as part of its advocacy initiative to create awareness regarding the law and to reach out to the business community for purposes of understanding their relevant concerns.

The CCP Chairperson Ms. Rahat Kaunain Hassan, who was accompanied by Member Mr. Mujtaba Ahmed Lodhi and other senior officers addressed the session, which was attended by KATI president Mr. Faraz-ur-Rehman, Senior vice president, Ms. Nighat Awan, Vice President Mr. Muslim S. Mohamedi and other member participants.

KATI President appreciated CCP’s role in creating a level playing field for all businesses and extended the support of his association in creating awareness and encouraging compliance with the law.
