Court summons Pervaiz Elahi others for indictment on April 4 in illegal appointments case

LAHORE: Anti Corruption Court (ACT) has summoned former Chief Minister (CM) ;Punjab Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi and other accused on April 4 for indictment in illegal appointments case.

Judge Arshid Hussain Bhutta of ACT issued written order of the hearing.

The court summoned Pervaiz Elahi and other accused on April 4 for indictment.

The court said in its decision central jail Rawalpindi filed medical reports of Pervaiz Elahi, PTI leader fell in washroom on March 17and his rib was fractured.

It was further said in court's order that Medical officer has advised two weeks rest to Pervaiz Elahi. The accused could not be presented in the court due to which he could not be indicted.
