Fazl announces to boycott meeting of leaders of parliamentary parties to discuss NAP summoned by govt on 28th March

ISLAMABAD: Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal President Maulana Fazlur Rehman has announced to boycott the meeting of the leaders of parliamentary parties to discuss the National Action Plan (NAP) summoned by government on 28th March. Maulana Fazl said that if Bilwal Bhutto Zardari and Pakistan People’s Party join our movement we will welcome them. Fazal said that he is happy that today the whole opposition is supporting our stance regarding the NAP. Fazal said that we had pointed out banned organizations from the day one that some organizations are being brought up under the wings of establishment but no action was taken. Fazal said that India has no courage to kill our citizens while entering in Pakistan.

This Maulana Fazlur Rehman said while addressing a press conference along with party Secretary General and former deputy chairman senate Senator Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haidery after the Central Executive Committee meeting of the JUI-F. The CEC of JUI-F rectified the decisions of recent MMA meeting. He said that the process of organizing million marches for the protection of the ideological identity of Pakistan will continue.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that on 24th March the protection of Namoos-e-Risalat (SAW) million march will be organized in North Wziristan tribal district. He said that million march will be organized in Sargodha on 31st May, adding that later on we will come in Islamabad and will not go back without taking something.

Fazl said that the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) was established for political victimization, adding that this institution is present for these purposes. He said that the NAB is being used against the politicians and not against corruption. He said that the NAB is being used to send the politicians behind the bars.

Fazl also condemned the use of police force against the PPP workers in Islamabad on Wednesday and demanded immediate release of the arrested PPP workers.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman while condemning the terrorist attack at the Christchurch mosque in New Zealand said that the role of New Zealand government especially the Prime Minister of New Zealand remained exemplary for expressing sympathies with the affected families.
