Punjab Governor Muhammad Baligh-ur-Rehman has said the federal government is taking all-out measures to tackle the biggest challenge of the rehabilitation of flood affected people.

Talking to a delegation of Junior Diplomatic Course from different countries in Lahore on Saturday, he said the role of Pakistan in emission of carbon is less than one percent but the country faced catastrophic flood due to climate change.
