ISLAMABAD: Naguib Sawiris, a well-known businessman from Egypt met Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif along with a delegation in Islamabad on Friday.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif while welcoming Naguib Sawiris and his delegation said that Pakistan is following investor friendly policies. He further stated that the government of Pakistan will provide all possible facilities to foreign investors.

The Prime Minister further said that Pakistan has enormous investment opportunities especially in the fields of information technology, telecommunication, energy, agriculture, food processing, livestock, tourism and natural resources, which foreign investment companies can take advantage of.

The business group of Najeeb Sawiris has made successful investments in telecommunication and real estate sectors in Pakistan.

Najeeb Sawiris expressed his interest to expand investment portfolio of his business group in Pakistan, especially in the mining sector.
