ISLAMABAD: Finance Minister Ishaq Dar says government’s economic team, under Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s leadership, is making tireless efforts to improve the economy.

He expressed these views while talking to Governor Punjab Baligh Ur Rehman in Lahore on Saturday.

The Finance Minister expressed hope that economy will improve further in the coming days. He rejected the baseless impression that country could default.

During the meeting, overall country’s economic and political situation also came under discussion.
