RAWALPINDI: The court has adjourned hearing of Toshakhana and 190 million pounds references till Monday.The accused could not be indicted in Toshakhana reference. The distribution of copies to the accused was postponed till January 8 in 190 million pounds reference.Hearing of bail pleas of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi was adjourned till January 8.PTI founder requested the court to allow him to hold telephonic talk to his sons. The court accepted this plea.During hearing of the case the Deputy Prosecutor General (DPG) NAB insisted on framing indictment in Toshakhana reference.DPG NAB Sardar Muzaffar Abbasi told the court copies of Toshakhana reference have been provided seven days before.Counsel Latif Khosa said the bail pleas of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi be heard first of all.The court fixed January 8 for indictment and hearing bail pleas.Counsel Farooq H Naik appeared in 190 million pounds scandal on behalf of Malik Riaz.Farooq H Naik filed 3 applications in the court.One petition pertai ned to appearance through video link, second exemption from attendance and third plea related to suspension of arrest warrants.The court dismissed all the three petitions.
