JARANWALA: Husband has strangled wife to death in the name of honor in surrounding area of Jaranwala.
According to Faisalabad police one Muhammad Ali strangled his wife Perveen Akhtar to death in the name of honor in village 106 GB Chak Jhumra Faisalabad.
Later he court arrested and confessed his offence before police.
The deceased Perveen Akhtar was mother of 3 children.
The police have shifted body to district headquarters hospital for medico-legal proceedings besides initiating legal proceedings.
