ISLAMABAD:Islamabad High Court (IHC) while issuing notice to respondents in PTI leader Ali Amin Gandapur petition seeking dismissal of 7 cases against him has summoned reply from them.

The case came up for hearing before a single bench of IHC led by Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri Thursday.

The court clubbed the seven cases with other cases pending hearing against him.

The counsel for the petitioner told the court the other cases of this nature have been fixed for hearing on November 28.

The counsel for the petitioner requested the court to club all the cases and fix them for hearing on November 28.

The court while accepting the plea clubbed all the cases against Gandapur.

Raja Zahoor ul Hassan counsel for the petitioner appeared in the court.

The hearing of the case was adjourned till November 28.
