LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) Friday reserved the judgment on petition challenging the dissolution of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) interim committees, media reported. Justice Khalid Mahmood Khan of IHC resumed hearings of the case here.

Mohammad Shahid had filed a petition in the court stating that the role of interim committees was quite important in PCB elections and other matters, which could not be dissolved but PCB officials have issued order to wind them up.

PCB lawyer, Tafazzul Rizvi argued before the court that PCB has the authority to wind up interim committees.
“These interim committees transcending their limits were influencing in the matters relating to PCB,” Rizvi mentioned.

The court after hearing the arguments of both the parties reserved its judgment.
