Islamabad: Registrar Supreme Court (SC) has returned with objections Aun Chaudhry petition seeking imposition of ban on PTI.
It has been said in the objections requirements of article 184-3 have not been met in the petition. It is not clear in the petition how the ban on PTI is matter of public interest.
It was said in the petition that PTI workers gave anti judiciary statements and attacked on military installations under the order of Imran Khan.
It was requested in the petition that PTI be declared anti state and party be dissolved.
Imran Khan, Chaudhry Pervez Elahi, ministry of defence and ministry of law have been made respondents in the petition.
