RAWALPINDI: Accountability Court (AC) Islamabad has extended interim bail of former chairman PTI and his wife Bushra Bibi till December 13 in Al-Qadir trust case. The court has fixed the next date for giving final arguments on the petitions. The AC was led by Judge Muhammad Bashir. Chairman PTI and his wife Bushra Bibi were present in the court during the hearing of the case. The court has also started proceedings for declaring 3 accused as proclaimed offenders who are nominated in Al-Qadir trust case because of their persistent absence. Sardar Latif Khosa counsel for former chairman PTI and NAB prosecutor Sardar Muzaffar Abbasi alongwith his team appeared in the court. Later Sardar Latif Khosa while talking to media men said when crime agency recovered 190 million, then it was deposited in Supreme Court (SC) account with the willingness of NAB. Rs 35 billions were deposited in SC account under Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP). Former chairman PTI and his wife Bushra Bibi had nothing to do with Rs 190 m illion pounds. The former chairman PTI was only called and he said that the entire cabinet should have been called in this case. He went on to say Al-Qadir trust is state of art project and due to it education sector is being promoted. This project is in the knowledge of NAB, national crime agency and registrar SC. It is written in trust deed that land cannot be shifted to any trustee in it. Al-Qadir trust property is not owned by former chairman PTI and his wife Bushra Bibi.
